A few years after the acquisition of the Spanish company Estambril International, the Belgian textile group CONCORDIA TEXTILES took over the company FUCHSHUBER TECHNO-TEX - which specializes in the production of flame-retardant functional and safety clothing - with effect from 1 January 2017, but after its takeover in Future will remain an independent company in Germany with administration in Lichtenstein and production in Balingen.
